Love this article on Jossip about Michael Phelps. I agree. Whatever your feelings on pot and whether it should or shouldn't be illegal, it is. And if you are going to consciously break a law, you take your lumps. And if you are going to sign a contract for mondo dollars that is contingent on you maintaining a certain image, then be prepared to live up to your end and don't do something so colossally stupid as have your picture taken doing illegal drugs. He is not a victim in this. He made mistakes, yes, but he should man up and accept any consequences.

And the nut job in California who just had octuplets by artificial insemination with six children already at home, three of who have disabilities, and who is living off food stamps and her parents who are struggling to pay their bills and hers? Don't even get me started. If you wilfully go out of your way to spend ridiculous amounts of money on fertility treatments (which apparently now taxpayers are going to be paying for through medic-aid) to have eight more children you can't pay for, to add to the six you have at home you can't support, Children's Aid should come knocking and find those kids a decent home.

I've said it before, you gotta have a licence to drive a car, but any idiot can procreate.
